This is new
in very good condition, never been worn. It is
hand made in what I would consider to be size Medium. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Turquoise and has (3) 1" & 1-1/2" Pink, Red & Black rows of Ribbon around the bottom. Very long skirt. Sold AS IS
