Girls Ribbon skirt.
Lightweight cotton print skirt has attached underskirt.
There is a slit/kick pleat on back side of skirt to facilitate walking/dancing.
Rows of ribbon and rick rack decor match the colors of the skirt print.
Interior seams are triple stitched.
Elastic waistband has been left open a little bit so that buyer can nake elastic to desired tightness for a custom fit.
Skirt measures approx: 31" from top to bottom and approx 37" around.
