1) Ribbon skirt.
Beautiful light pink cotton print fabric has green and white swirls.
20 rows of ribbon and rick rack decor.
Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 33 1/2" from top to bottom and approx: 59" around.
This skirt is shorter than some of other other skirts.
In case buyer would like the skirt to be longer, buyer can always add single, double, or triple layer ribbon to the bottom to add length.
Because >BUYER< determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to 2X.
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
