Skirt measures approx: 36 1/2"" from top to bottom and approx: 67" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 4X.
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
