1) Ribbon skirt.
Woven cotton linen navy blue fabric was used to create this skirt.
Rows of ribbon & Rick rack decor.
Flower appliquees.
Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 36 1/2" from top to bottom and approx: 56" around.
There is a kick pleat in the back of the skirt.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to size M, possibly L.
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
