Cotton print fabric was used to create this skirt.

Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 36" from top to bottom and approx: 60" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit >ALL< waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 3X.
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so

BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
