Layered/tiered skirt.
This is a 3/4 length skirt so can be worn for any occassion.
We hand tucked every gather=time consuming.
There is red fabric lace around the skirt bottom.
Decorated ribbon decor.
Skirt measures approx: 28" from top to bottom and the layers graduate larger until the huge bottom layer.
Elastic waist stretches from  39" to 56" around.
