1) Ribbon skirt.
Lightweight red cotton print fabric was used to create this skirt.
16 Rows of ribbon and rick rack decor-All the colors of the decor match all the colours in the skirt print.
Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 36 1/2" from top to bottom and approx:64 " around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to at least 3X.
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
