This is a really pretty skirt and the pictures do not do it justice=must see in person to appreciate.

Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 35" from top to bottom (including the lace), and approx: 64" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 3X,
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
