All the colors of the decor match all the colours of the skirt print.

Skirt measures approx: 37 1/4" from top to bottom (including the lace), and a little less than 63" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 3X,
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
