Skirt measures approx: 37" from top to bottom and almost 69" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 4X,
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so

BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
