Quality, heavy weight cotton print fabric was used to create this skirt.

Interior seams are triple stitched.
Skirt measures approx: 36" from top to bottom (including the lace), and a little less than 68" around.
Because BUYER determines waist size,
skirt
will fit ALL waist sizes from the smallest up to approx 4X,
Elastic casing has been left open a little bit in the back so
that
BUYER can make elastic to desired size, then sew closed, for a CUSTOM fit.
°°the elastic is black, but the lighting in the last pic has changed how the colors appear.
