    This beaded lanyard/keychain measures 19.5 inches on the part that hangs around the neck. The medallion itself measures 4.5 inches in diameter making the entire piece 24 inches (2 feet) in length. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, only one made! The photos just don't do it justice, the beadwork is incredible.
