Vintage Native American Dress & Poncho Fringes Beads Horse Hair

This is for a native American Indian buckskin dress and poncho which has lots of fringes and beading amongst the fringes hanging off of the poncho.  There is a striped trade bead and tin cone beads as well as horse hair in the middle of the poncho.  The beads in the fringes are red and blue glass about the size of a pea.  I have taken pictures of the dress alone and with the poncho on.
The condition is nice vintage.  There is some surface soil which a leather dry cleaner can clean.  No stains, holes or rips.  It smells like leather, skins.  There are some scratches and rough spots original to the skins, not damage.  All the fringes appear to be in place.  The back of the dress at the hemline does not have fringe in the middle.  I think it was always like that.  That is my guess.  I have had the dress for 25 years, and I was told it was vintage when I bought it.  They had no more information on it than that. It is heavy weight buckskin suede.  And it is a small size. The red and blue areas are coarse wool, hand stitched into place.
