Vintage Native American Embroidered Navajo Burlap/Wool? Poncho Caftan Boho

I have here a very nice Vintage Native American, Navajo or possibly Mexican Embroidered Boho Flower  Poncho Caftan. It's embroidered all around the edge of the entire Poncho as well as the yolk, plus some on the v-neck on both sides. Has 3" Fringe along the bottom.
It's a over the head Poncho and it's heavy, diffinitley will keep you warm.
It looks like burlap, but it feels like wool.
On photo #10 there is a few dark line marks,  I'm not sure if that's dirt or the weave in the burlap.
Measures: 39.5" Long including Fringe ×32" Wide
